Refund Policy

At Ferrovia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item, and we've outlined our refund policy below to help guide you through the process.

We have a 03-day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Your Orders Page/Contact Customer Support: You can login into your account and submit return request directly from Your Orders page. You can also reach out to our customer support team at customercare@ferrovia.in to request a return authorization.
  2. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive a SMS on the day of pick up. 
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  4. Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 05 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
  5. Cash on Delivery charges of Rs 100 and shipping fees won't be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly shown in Product Page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  gift cards.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at customercare@ferrovia.in to request an exchange authorization. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 05 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
